BE Ohio Sales

Use this sales hub when you need replacement septic components, Norweco support, or help deciding whether a part should be ordered, serviced, or diagnosed in the field first. Some equipment can be matched from a clear model tag. Other parts need the permit file, treatment-train layout, alarm history, and system condition checked before money is spent.

Parts should match the systemSend photos, tags, permits, and service notes before assuming a replacement is the right fix.

Before ordering a septic part

What to gather
  • Photo of the installed part from more than one angle.
  • Photo of the tank lid, control panel, alarm panel, or model tag.
  • County permit record, design drawing, or service provider report if available.
  • Symptoms such as alarm status, odor, weak spray, failed sample, high water, or repeated reset.
  • Property location and whether the system is gravity, spray, drip, mound, chamber, or NPDES discharge.
Why fitment matters
  • A replacement part can look similar and still be wrong for the approved treatment train.
  • Pumps need the right head and flow, not just the right horsepower.
  • UV disinfection depends on lamp age, sleeve condition, treatment quality, and flow.
  • A Bio-Kinetic filter issue may come from upstream solids, missing feed tubes, damaged gaskets, or service neglect.
  • Aerators and air pumps should be checked against the system approval, controls, wiring, and field readings.
